By using Indy Live Music ("Service"), including our website and SMS/MMS messaging program, you agree to the following Terms and Conditions.

1. Description of Service

Indy Live Music provides a service that allows users to discover, submit, review, confirm, and update small live music event details, including through SMS and MMS messaging.

2. SMS Messaging Terms

By opting in to receive SMS messages from Indy Live Music, you agree to the following:

  • You will receive messages related to event submissions, confirmations, corrections, reminders, and service administration
  • Message frequency varies based on your interaction
  • Message and data rates may apply
  • Consent is not a condition of purchase
  • Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages

3. Opt-In

You may opt in to receive SMS messages by:

  • Texting VENUE, ARTIST, or PROMOTER to 463-300-6062 after reviewing our SMS Opt-In page
  • Sending an event submission, correction, or confirmation to our phone number

By opting in, you confirm that you are authorized to use the phone number provided and consent to receive messages from Indy Live Music about the service.

4. Opt-Out

You may opt out at any time by replying:

  • STOP to unsubscribe
  • HELP for assistance

After opting out, you will no longer receive messages unless you opt in again.

5. Event Submissions and Public Listings

You understand that event information you submit may be reviewed, edited, and published publicly as part of Indy Live Music event listings. Public listings may include venue names, artist names, dates, times, addresses, descriptions, links, cover charge information, age restrictions, and similar event details.

You are responsible for ensuring that any information you submit is accurate and that you have permission or authority to submit it. We may reject, edit, remove, or decline to publish any submission at our discretion.

6. Acceptable Use

You agree to use the Service only for its intended purpose of submitting and confirming live music events.

You may not:

  • Use the Service for unlawful purposes
  • Submit false or misleading information
  • Submit content that infringes another party's rights
  • Submit spam, abusive, harassing, or harmful content
  • Attempt to disrupt or abuse the system

7. Corrections and Removal

If event information is inaccurate or should be removed, contact us at indylivemusicapp@gmail.com. We may update or remove event listings when appropriate.

8. No Guarantee of Availability or Accuracy

Indy Live Music may include information submitted by third parties. We try to keep event information useful and current, but we do not guarantee that listings are complete, accurate, available, or up to date. Event details may change without notice.

9. Limitation of Liability

Indy Live Music is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. To the fullest extent permitted by law, we are not liable for any damages arising from use of the Service, reliance on event information, missed events, cancellations, schedule changes, or messaging delays or failures.

10. Changes to Terms

We may update these Terms and Conditions at any time. Continued use of the Service constitutes acceptance of any changes.
